I've used this daily for years, and I was devastated when I could no longer get it on Amazon. I'm so happy to see iHerb carries it now, as it has become indispensable to me. It upregulates VDRtaq and that's what I use it. It's impossible to find a formulation that has both turmeric and forskolin, and combining the two myself wasn't nearly as effective. It mildly suppresses appetite and interacts with the MSH system (it may move calcitriol and ethylate stored vitamin D) making you look a little tanner. For me, it's a holy grail supplement.

I been taking Turmeric for over a year now to help with my arthritis inflammation, since is known for its anti-inflammatory properties, has also seemed to help with pain and minor joint discomfort I used to experience. Not aftertaste, great digestive benefits too. The fact that these capsules come in a convenient 90-count bottle is a plus. Overall, I'm satisfied with the Antioxidant, Forskolin Turmeric capsules. I know forskolin is known to help with losing weight, so I got this for that, plus I have a lot of pain in my joints and back. Turmeric is great for inflammation and so I am hopeful it'll help me on my weight loss journey and bring improvement to my pain (which will be helpful because I can exercise more) I would suggest to take it in the morning as turmeric can cause acid reflux. At my age, I could use all the benefits of an antiinflammatory and the forskolin is definitely a plus as well.

I do believe it makes a difference. I take a tablet in the morning and one in the evening. I take other Codeage brand vitamins. I like their quality products.
