I want to be at my best health. I bought AMEN Biotin Collagen vitamins to help with maintenance. These vitamins also have black pepper extract to help absorption. There are 90 capsules in the bottle. Serving size is 1 capsule daily taken with my favorite beverage. I typically take it with water or iced coffee. I can either take it with or without food. I feel like my hair is at its healthiest and so is my skin. This bottle is a 3 month supple. It’s Non GMO, soy-free, dairy-free and gluten-free.

I believe this range of Suppliments gives me a sore stomach. I trialled taking them, not taking them & then taking them again a few times & I think it’s any of these Suppliments that makes me feel like somebody kicked me in the stomach so I can’t really recommend them. I am very sensitive to certain things though so they might be ok for you. If you start having sore tummy’s though maybe remember my review?

The quality in ingredients is collagen that I seek for the benefit of my hair. The package is recyclable and my skin and nails feel great. Size helps me see an improvement in my dermatitis. Taste is negligible. Hair near forehead is starting to grow and I see fuzz finally. I enjoy everything collagen and the multivitamins are a plus when they don’t make me queezy or nauseous.

I have just started this product, I love how it's just 1 a day makes life easier to keep up with consistency, and knowing your getting all the good stuff your body needs, will give it a few more weeks before I can see any noticeable difference in my hair skin etc, but I would likely purchase again

First time bought this. Hope it is effective. The capsule are small and easy to take.

My focus now is to take collagen to age well as well as to help my hair from falling a lot as well as to help with my skin elasticity. I love that it has more than collagen and biotin..the ingredients include some vitamins and minerals to help synergistically with the main ingredient.
