I’m very pleased with the quality, ingredients, size and high potency! Very affordable too. No taste and the size is small and easy to consume. I use this because of hair loss and skin condition. The package is way too big and should be smaller for this amount. I have to wait for the benefit and improvement since I just started..

yes its good- I didnt buy it because of super deficiency, just in rebuilding phase and wanted to test different b vitamins. no huge difference so far. but its good price, feels clean, easy to take in tablet form, quite high dose. good benefit.
