they taste amazing and they definitely work! it takes around a month to truly see results but my lashes are way fuller, my nails and my hair grow pretty fast too! unfortunate you can only eat one a day because they are delicious! they’re a staple when it comes to supplements! i recommend putting them in the fridge having them cold makes them better imo
