Hope they are helpful - a little expensive but if they help all 3 areas then worth the money. Will have to use them for a while to see if I feel any different.....too soon to tell,
Probiotics, Calcium and the ingredient Vitamin D3 are what you need and all in one capsule. This is an advantage that you don't have to buy everything separately. The quality of the main ingredients is good, but the addition of maltodextrin and magnesium stearate as fillers is somewhat disappointing...
The order arrived before the due date. I started taking it, so far I am happy with the quality, .. I have something to compare it with (I like the composition). I have tried different ones, but at the moment this probiotic is the best. I drink it in the morning before meals. It is especially useful after holidays, illnesses/antibiotics and cleansing! The capsules are small - convenient for taking.
