This is a great product. East on the stomach. No issues with taste or quality. I take this Vitamin C daily and it’s very helpful. It’s a bigger size pill, but still doable. Prefer the 250 quantity size.

I like the buffer and I take one every morning . Because of the size I sometimes have a bit of trouble swallowing them. I plan to switch to the 500 mg version and take two every day,, one in the morning, one in the evening. .
