Good quality ginseng. I found that it's more effective when the capsule is disolved in warm water and drank as a tea. I think it's because it gets absorbed more quickly by the body and the effects are felt almost immediately. Good ingredients. Great quantity such a good deal. Definetly recommend.

I heard this would be good for ED but it really had no effect on that. The quality is obviously good though, as is the value for money, but I guess I was expecting more impact. Don't believe the hype regarding ED use. It does have a bit of a herbal taste when it goes in the mouth, but no after taste once swallowed.
