I originally purchased this product when my usual blood sugar balancer was not available. I didn't read the label close enough to see that this product is not an instant fix, but is more for long term use. Therefore when I checked my blood sugar levels after consuming some sugary foods there was no improvement.

High Quality product from mason as usual. Seems to be working for my blood sugars. contains a great selection of ingredients (chromium, vanadium and berberin). Pill is reasonably sized no real difficulties swallowing
Good tablets to take while struggling with blood sugar control
It is very good for blood sugar levels but you have to drink a large glass of water after taking the capsule.
Contains many good ingredients for diabetics. Tablet quality is good. Size of tablets is easy to swallow. The dosage I use is one tablet a day.

I have only taken it a couple days before my highest carb meal but it seems to help me have less of a crash after eating something like pizza !
