I don't usually post reviews about supplements-hard to determine what causes positive results often but-this prostate support supplement in addition to 500 mg saw palmetto (I prefer Natures Answer for that) has really worked after regularly taking 2X a day for going on 3 months now. Improved flow, 1-2 times up during 8 hour sleep and 3-4 hours working before I need a bathroom break. I'm in my 70's, still working, and exercising every day and this product is helpful! Check for yourself if you have any concerns with the ingredients, but they are those most regularly recommended in the online searches I've made and I have not had any adverse reactions at this time.
