The clip's made of metal but it doesn't feel like the cheap ones that have that spiky, metally feel, if that makes sense. Using it feels smooth and durable. All that's good, but i'd like it better if it was tighter and firmer on the hair. Or maybe that's just my hair. The size is like a medium (because it works on my medium-length hair).
I love this clip more than I expected. It holds my hair very well. I've had it a few years now and it's holding up so much better than the plastic kind.

However, there is one detail in the product description that I think could be clarified. The size specifications should be listed as follows: overall length 3 inches, width 1 inch, and maximum opening width 2 3/8 inches. I have thick, voluminous hair, so this clip can only hold a small section of my hair. For my needs, I will have to look for a larger size. Other than that, it is a great-quality clip.
i have a small head and fine hair but this holds well. i just wish the gold was available too, i would have preferred that but needed a clip so opted for this

I love this hair clip from Kitsch! I just wish it was slightly bigger! But other than that, it holds my hair really well and seems to have a spring inside the clip that will hold up over time!
These are nice claw clips because they are nice looking (unusual colour that looks good with any hair colour) and are not 'heavy' like others so don't weigh so much on your head, I know that sounds a bit daft but with other clips I am usually desperate to take them out of my hair after a couple of hours, but with these, not so much.

It's a decent size but I find it hard to clip all of my hair up. Might be better for a half up hairdo. The claw is very strong thought
