They're much more "cake"-like in their texture than a traditional pop-tart or pastry. It doesn't toast very well, either. Warmed up in the microwave for like 15 seconds is great. Or, if you're like me and miss the slightly-crunchy texture of a pop-tart, put it in an oven at 220 for like 30 minutes, then let it sit for a few hours. (You can do this in bulk!) It will dry out, and leave you with a similar pastry-type feel as the high-fat dough.

Nothing really impressive, but they have a nice flavor. Still a strong protein taste kinda. But they are a cool snack ngl.

I am genuinely surprised by how good this is! My image of blueberry flavored health food wasn’t very good since many of them taste like chemical. But this is really good! The filling is just like regular blueberry jam and I love it so much!! It’s like pop tarts but with more protein and without all the unhealthy stuff like too much sugar and flour. The ingredients are great too which is kind of unbelievable because of how it looks😂 I like to microwave it and eat it warm. It makes it taste even more like real pastry.

one of the taste-ist protein treats ever!! the macros are on POINT for the size especially. i could eat 10 in a row lmaoo!! it’s a great way to up your protein intake and aid in recovery as they have good quality ingredients (a blend of whey and casein). i want to try all the other flavors. i love having it with tea or as a pre workout meal :)

There are so tasty. My favorite is s'mores but I made a point to find & buy these. A perfect snack with 20g of protein. Heating really kicks it up. So delicious that I hardly believe the ingredients & nutritional information. Quality? 10/10. Absolute joy and no guilt. It’s a dessert I never regret.

The fruit tastes are the better with these protein pastrys. i think the cherry taste is better, but this is a nice one. this one lacks some sour taste, and the blueberry taste is a little weak. but good overall.

This is by far the best protein pastry I’ve tried. The servings size in great and it’s satisfies the craving for a sweet treat. The taste is good no protein after taste at all. Really reminds of the classic blueberry pop tarts.

I have almost tried all flavours, I would say it’s nice but on the sweet side. It good ingredients nice size and I use it before a workout as a snack.

I love blueberry so this one taste like heaven to me. It’s so good I wish size would be bigger, but overall this is amazing snack or ninja creami topping. I like that ingredients are cleaner than birthday cake or strawberry flavour
