We have this on hand for cold and flu season for our children age 2, 7, and 9! It has been a helpful supplement for its benefits!!! The taste is not too bad. The size is really small though. The quality are ingredients we are happy with. We do notice an improvement in cold and flu symptoms with Echinacea.

The quality is over the top, the quantity is enough for couple of months, 4th time restocking. One of my favorites in Iherb purchases! Tastes good and works well. Alcohol-free and easy to give to kids. Helps boost immunity. But I didn't see the result, as for me it's weak, but the product is good in quality, it just didn't suit us, apparently

The quality is much noticeable. My kids can handle minor congestion and runny nose after the start of using this. Package is very good safe for kids as it is not glass containers. I think benefits outgo the side effects. As it is from plant it is very good. Size is also very to the point that child can’t manage to spit it out.

Quality seems great. I have been giving it to my 6 year old daughter since end of December as she was coming down with a lot of viral infections. Since she started this, she has been sick once and then has been doing well. This seems to be making her immunity better. Also the taste is like raisins as my LO says. She loves it.

I started giving it to my daughter right when she was already experiencing several days of coughing and congestion, it really helped to finally stop the congestion from occurring, since it comes in drops it is easy to take with water or with some food, the flavor is pleasant and it is a quality product.

Really helps your immune system, I notice the improvement after a month use, use it with every day frequency. The taste is ok - best to drink it in the juice - works perfect in orange juice. The size is smaller than I expected, can say the same about the package, however the benefit is very good.
