Love Genexa. We use it instead of Tylenol and honestly prefer it. It feels like a cleaner, better option. Great quality, gentle, and my baby tolerates it really well (no fussing 🙌). Gives me peace of mind when needed. Will definitely repurchase And I actually like the packaging more than Tylenol
This is great, only a bit confusing working out the dose as I’m used to having Panadol in Australia not Tylenol but it’s 1:1 as you would Panadol

Quality is amazing, the ingredients are clean. Taste is good and I use it when my daughter is sick. Package was good too. It has benefited me in many ways at my daughter’s age.

My LO was recently feeling pretty crappy from hand foot and mouth. he loved using this to give him some relief and I love the simple few ingredients.
The taste isn’t too bad but baby doesn’t enjoy it. It comes with its own syringe and very little information on the dosage for infants so I used 111 to ask for guidance on dosage and frequency. It worked the same as calpol just without the nasty additives. Hopefully this is and improvement and step forward to more holistic treatments. For now it works wonderful after vaccines and during the flu seasons

No artificial colorants and good ingredients! It still has some sugar on it so I use it in very specific cases and if my kid is really struggling with pain, first I try other things but every time I’ve used genexa and works like a charm and my baby likes it.
I love that the active ingredient is still acetaminophen, so it helps my baby if he has fever or teething, but with cleaner ingredients! Baby likes the taste , so that is not an issue! I shake before use and give to my baby, to ensure he gets the proper dose and way. the syringe is also good, doesn’t dispense too quick. The bottle is big and lasts long.
