This a well balanced easy to digest high quality Whey protein. It blends easily and has a good slightly creamy texture. I also get the Natural flavor that does not contain stevia. I strongly dislike stevia because it affects my taste buds and interferes with my job and I think it tastes unnatural. While the chocolate has stevia in it, it’s pretty low enough that it doesn’t bother me. I mostly use the natural for my protein shakes, but I will change it up with the chocolate and blueberries or other berries for variety.
