The formula includes calcium, vitamin D3, zinc, and a proprietary herbal blend. all aimed at bone strength and overall health. We liked that it’s non-GMO and made in the USA with a clear dosage for kids 10 and up. No side effects, and it’s become part of their daily routine. While height results will vary (and of course depend on genetics, sleep, diet, etc), it’s a nice addition to support their development.
