Organic Ceylon Cinnamon, 120 Tablets (500 mg per Tablet)

I started taking this supplement to help with keeping my blood sugars stable. These are a larger sized capsule but only need to take one dose/tablet a day. It seems to be a good quality product and Ceylon cinnamon is what is recommended for helping to stabilize blood sugars. I do not notice any flavour when I take them but if I burp afterwards I do get the taste of cinnamon in my mouth. I am not really sure why there are so many added ingredients to this (acacia gum, rice hulls, sunflower oil).

ive been using this for about 2 months and have noticed that i started smelling like cinnamon. i used it to prevent getting sick since the flu was going around, although i did get sick, my symptoms were not as bad as they usually get so that was a benefit. the size is okay and it doesnt really have strong taste when swallowing
