It has all the needed vitamins & minerals and is easy to digest, I don't have a gallbladder so it is important for easy digest supplements.

Quality ingredient comes in a good size package, the dosage is appropriate for daily benefits and it has nearly no taste lasting for 100 days which is ok for the price and probably good to cycle to avaid body to get used to it for long term and losing benefits, i would also add minerals to be complete
The size is pretty good, and I saw it was very beneficial, the box is quality is amazing and the amount is pretty great for the price, I’m not so sure about the dosage but as I read the ingredients it seemed pretty good and beneficial in many different ways including over all well manner. huge bonus when your teenager can swallow a pill ! the size is medium but not too big and the ingredients are good . this was recommended by a doctor for being complete and balanced and my family has found it good so far .
