I’m not sure how I ordered this bottle instead of the 20mg per soft gel size. I’ll get the 20mg next time because you only need to take one instead of the 2x 10mg here. It is still a good backup in case of running out, it is certainly more affordable than other brands. Lycopene is supposed to help the female organs esp. ovaries so that’s why I take it. The Swanson brand seems to be a quality brand and more affordable than others for the same products. It is just lycopene in a soft gel for ingredients.
