It definitely works on giving me a better sleep but I do end up feeling a little groggy in the morning, I would think that’s the ingredient melatonin in it. Personally I’d love this product without the melatonin as I feel out bodies end up relying on it too much, so thats the only downfall but definitely helps with sleep and is a quality product.

I am amazed at how effective the pill helps in my sleep. I started with three, and they knocked me off in 30 mins through the night. I then cut down to two so I can wait up at 6:00 am for my morning walk. Don't know the effectiveness of the Amino Acid yet.
