How did I not know about citric acid a long time ago?? Love this stuff for cleaning almost anything. You can make a spray cleaner from it and clean your house without anything dangerous! Wish it was a bit less expensive, but maybe a 2 or 3 pound package would carry a lower unit price than the current 1 pound I've found?

This is actually a great thing to have in the spice cabinet. I use a sprinkle on cut fruit and toss it to keep it from browning, I add it to recipes where I need sourness but don't want to water it down, and I add on grapes or blueberries as a healthy sour candy alternative
