Bought this for my mom and it really helps her. Swallowing pills is too much effort for her so she forgets to do it on a daily basis, but chewable tablets are easier to take and therefore easier to make a habit of taking it. It's good quality, and the ingredients seem well enough. The taste is fine as well

I have been using this product for several months with noticeable improvement in joint stiffness and pain. I am in my 70's and use my hands a lot. In recent years my hands and knees became stiff and occasionally sore. Turmeric was recommended, and this is a tasty form. The condition has improved greatly. I appreciate that it is a natural remedy, reasonably priced. I have not experienced any adverse side affects.

Love to get these for when my kids could use an immune boost or have any inflammation, the are chewable so they are great for kids that don’t like to swallow pills, they actually taste pretty good but I don’t know if everyone would agree, but at the very least tolerable for anyone that doesn’t lol turmeric flavor
