i was looking for a magnesium lotion for my toddler and was surprised to find this one, it is the cleanest avaiable on the site with only clean ingredients, easy to massage, very soft and doesnt leave any weird sensation on the touch.
I heard about this brand from the blog Mama Natural, who recommended Seven Minerals magnesium lotion. I used it on some sore muscles and it seemed to help a bit! Magnesium is also supposed to help with stress support so I put it on before bed. The lotion has a nice texture and rubs in smoothly. I would recommend it!
I am never without this cream from Seven Minerals. I use it twice a day for knee pain and it works. It has no scent and it has cocoa butter which helps moisturize the skin and absorbs quickly into the skin. At night it also helps with relaxing before sleep. It is a natural solution to a pain reliever and Seven Minerals is a great company. I am so happy it is carried by IHerb.
I have been using a magnesium cream at night for a few years now and when I saw this I had to try! First of all, the ingredients were up to my standards. There are so many green-washed magnesium creams out there and was surprised to see this specific one from this brand have great ingredients. The texture was also a surprise, but its my favorite part of using this butter! It has small balls that melt immediately and feel so good while massaging into your skin!
I love this product. I work on my feet and I use this product before putting my socks on. First that reduce my dry heels and second I don't have pain on my foot anymore.

I actually really like this cream. better if it was in a squeeze bottle though but still good I also used it on my face, seems fine so far but I don't use it all the time (use occasionally only) there is a scent and it is a bit strong
This cocoa butter has a lovely, smooth and buttery texture. The product has a very mild scent and feels moisturizing. It is also very effective for arthritic and muscle pain. I will continue to use this product, along with Boiron Arnicare Arthritis cream (which is also incredibly effective)!
This cream is so soothing. It leaves my skin very soft. I appreciate that there is no strong scent, and the ingredients are very simple. Really happy with this purchase, will buy it again when I run out -- but a little goes a long way, this lasts a long time!
