Bought this for elderly mother-in-law that has chronic constipation and has used OTC senna with stool softner for many years. She was taking a lot every day. Then she started taking this instead, and only has to use 2 per night right before dinner and them all is fine next day. It also softens the stool which helps. A+ for stubborn constipation.
Great for moving bowels without side effects or pain. one capsule is usually enough unless it is bad constipation. Good quality but I wish they wouldn't use calcium silicate in the ingredients. Size is ok, price is ok for the quantity, doesnt taste of anything if whole capsule is swallowed.
Rouxed gumbo with flat whisk, no lumps formed at all. Color reached deep chocolate. Flavor base is authentic Louisiana.
This does help with my constipation. But beware and take small dosage. As it can be quite strong and depended on it on long term .
Works well. Strong enough for me. I used use LowerBowel. It worked biginning not later. This is stronger than Lower Bowel. Nature 's Answer CascaraSagrada850mg

The main properties of the product Cascara sagrada: ensures regular bowel movements; reduces inflammation and pain in the intestinal tract; removes toxins from the body; normalizes the functioning of the digestive system. Take 1-2 tablets before bedtime, drinking a glass of water. The effect will be after 8-10 hours.
