Excellent carnitine. I drink it 30 minutes before my workout. It tastes great and is convenient to take. I add it to my water bottle. It gives me energy during my workout.

It does help me feel a bit more active during training, especially on cardio days, and it’s a nice addition to my routine. However, the taste is not the best — it has a slightly sour/acidic flavor that you can notice, which makes it a little less enjoyable to take. Overall, it’s still a good product and seems effective, but the taste could definitely be improved.

I take this powder and mix in my juice. It is so much easier than taking pills. I sometimes take a liquid l carnitine, but prefer the ease of powder for storage, travel and dosing. The flavor is not good but easily disguised in watered down apple juice. I mix all my powder supplements together in about 3 ounces of diluted apple juice, so easy and no pills. This is also more economical than pills or liquid.

Since it’s in powder form, it absorbs quickly into the body. I usually add it to my morning smoothie or other powdered drinks. Highly recommended.

Carnitine is in meat, but I need a little extra for fat metabolism. Keep the insulin down, burn don’t store fat. Helps building muscle too.
