My naturo gave me this for multiple reasons. I have a cancer gene so the cruciferous side is great, but it really helps with my hormonal acne as well. Will never stop taking. I do wish it was a little cheaper, but you get what you pay for!

I order this for Hormonal imbalance as the quality ingredients dosage , and the size are good . However I thought it’s great but not as the capsule smells terrible that I have to stop taking on it . My experience taking this capsule probably differ to one another . I’d suggests take different types of brand as this one is not the best taste .

Liked that ingredients combine DIM and I3C , the only brand that has it. Great for hormonal balance. The dosage is high enough and it suffices to take one pill a day. Recommended!
