I keep repurchasing this magnesium supplement. What I love about: - amazing taste (for someone like me who can’t swallow pills) - active form -> easy for body to use - helps with muscle cramping, headaches, energy levels and so much more Absolutely love this brand and will be buying this particular supplement again!
I bought it to add to my magnesium supplement which is in capsules . This clmagnesium gives me flexibility to take it in the morning or afternoon as the dosage is small and is chewable with a good taste. It helps with muscle pain and as it has xylitol it helps with bm too. My sleep has improved as well , especially when I take it in the evening.
I’ve looked everywhere for a magnesium that does not upset my stomach and this one works!! It’s easy to take and tastes just fine. I also love that one bottle comes with so many and is pretty affordable. I only get muscle twitches when my magnesium is low and I haven’t gotten any twitches since taking this so it’s definitely working!
This is the best option I’ve found for kids magnesium. All three of my boys will take these no problem. The taste is pretty good, no bad after taste and the size is good also. The magnesium ingredient helps with relaxation and anxiousness. Magnesium also has added benefit of helping with better absorption of other vitamins and minerals. I think everyone could probably benefit from a quality magnesium. These work great.
While I can handle large capsules, my wife cannot. Her blood tests came back to show she was low on magnesium. I got these chewables to accommodate her. Malate is a good form of magnesium. These chewables are easy to take and very good tasting. At 100 mg each, you can take 4 to get your daily allowance.

I like this Magnesium malate because is chewable and it has a nice taste. The kids loves this supplement and it's easy to administer the dosage.
I don‘t like the taste and „sandy“ consistency that remains in the mouth and doesn‘t get dissolved. This magnesium does it‘s job most probably. But I will not buy it again.
Really like this magnesium. The dosage is convenient and the form is very effective, giving a noticeable boost in energy. Best to take it in the first half of the day. Highly recommend!
