This product helps with digestion, coughs and colds. I am taking one capsule daily An antioxidant..it helps with my hair growth and nails. Everyone should take one daily as we don't consume enough zinc in our foods.
This zinc is a great product for gut health. I am currently trying to repair leaky gut and I’ve read amazing reviews about it. This type of zinc helps to seal the gut lining and it perfect to use after months of antimicrobals. I only started using it but it seems gentle and calm on the gut.
i used to use different type of Seeking Health, Zinc with less concentration first time i use it after finishing this i will review again
I can't tell how well this works since I haven't had any bloodwork done but it hasn't harmed me so I am on my second bottle! I suspect I am deficient and apparently copper deficiency isn't common so I would think twice about supplementing that afterwards without any bloodwork (they should not be taken at the same time). I also trust this brand so I am sure this zinc is doing what it should be.
