Makes me smell good and enhances my chest area. The ingredients are good even for nursing moms. The size and taste are tolerable compared to the many benefits you'll get.
I got pregnant the month after taking these fenugreek pills daily. not sure if the pills were the cause or it's just a happy coincidence. I personally have high insulin resistance and PCOS. quality seems to be good, ingredients fair, size and dosage is good. taste is good and benefits reaped.
The bottle says it supports nursing mothers. That's not why I ordered them. Fenugreek has a long history of other health benefits. They have a strong asian aroma. I hope they are beneficial.
