It’s good, but I think the dosage is small, it’s also deceiving on the package. It says 30 servings. So I’m sure people assume it’s 30 days supply, but then it also says on the package take 1 to 2 times a day, so if I do that then it’s enough only for 15 days. So what I did, I was taking 3 capsules a day instead, and only then I noticed changes - my digestion improved, my skin was so good.
I take curcumin on and off as part of my antioxidant stack. It is very powerful so I try to cycle it with other antioxidants.
I bought it for inflammations benefits. Package for one month. No taste, but turmeric makes color of urine very intensive . I will buy it again
I've known for a while that tumeric helps with inflammation. This is my first time trying a capsule. I have arthritis in my neck. I've been taking Tylenol and naproxen very regularly for the pain. I find I can substitute two tumeric capsules for Tylenol, which I hope will be better for my health overall.

This is absolutely the best form of turmeric. The quality of this product is really high and it works right away. I had a backache and it was gone within an hour after taking it. I was taking it for a month and I noticed that my whole posture changed. Not in pain anymore. The best antioxidant that helps both with pain and joint pain.
