These natural lemon flavor mini fish oil pills are a welcome relief from the huge fish oil pills. The pictures show the size of them. I am no expert on quality, but these seem to be very good. I purchased them because of their size and flavor. They are purified fish oil with omega-3.
This is the second bottle I purchased as I like the idea it had a lemon flavour to mask the fish oil taste. I know the importance of getting EPA>DHA for health. I did notice that the second bottle did not have as much lemon in it and so the fish oil taste was still a little bit there. I can only think that it was a different batch and not as much lemon was added. I hope that the company does test for the lemon flavour as I do prick them and add to my supplement liquid.

I take the mini fish oils because the softgel size is manageable. Most fish oil soft gels are too large and difficult to swallow. The lemon flavor also helps when the soft gel is digesting and it reverses on you then you don't taste fish. This is a plus for sure. I will buy these again, they are easy to take!
