However it has fructooligosaccharides (FOS), maltodextrin and stevia which are not good for our health. Was looking forward into using to make my smoothies and muffins but not with those 3 ingredients above. Wont ever buy again, cannot return it as I already used 1 scoop which made me deadly ill.

Super Green~ Super Green~ So I've been trying to wait to give a review but I feel it's about time. I'll try and save you some time. The good: - The taste is perfectly bearable. I find blending with orange juice is the most passable but I actually look forward to it when mixing it with a protein shake. Blend it protein powder if you can. - I DO feel better. The first couple of days, it "cleared me out" so to speak but after that, my body got accustomed to the greens and noticed an improvement in my overall stamina, better sleep, and general well-being. - great value in my opinion The bad: - It doesn't blend well and therefore it does not "shake" well. I use a ninja blender. Using it with water or orange juice, it still clumps up. I try to swallow those chunks whole as if they're vitamins. As mentioned above, blending with protein powder masks the clumps a lot better. - The taste alone is meager. I don't care for it. It's like sugar dirt. - You're gonna get "cleared out" the first day or two like I did - brace yourself.

Tastes better than others I’ve tried. A bit sweet and is great for a quick and easy boost of antioxidants and greens.
