I have heard that taking cinnamon regularly can help control blood sugar levels. I also heard that "true" cinnamon is Ceylon Cinnamon, and the healthiest. I was pre-diabetic 6 months ago, and started taking these every single day. Had my bloodwork checked two weeks ago and I am no longer pre-diabetic.
