It’s my first time trying lion’s mane. I felt like Im starting to have a lack of concentration in uni. Seems like good quality mushroom capsules. Most importantly contains fruiting bodies of the mushroom and not the mycelium! Make sure when buying mushroom caps that they contain fruiting bodies otherwise it’s a waste of money and not effective!
