I am using these plus Diabetter mixed to reduce my glucose levels fast in conjunction with exercise and diet. I will know in about a week when they kick in as I have done Berberine before but not in this combo. I trust Swanson so far as quality goes otherwise my glucometer will tell. These are easy to swallow which is usually an issue with my supplements.

Why not get a combination that tackles what you're trying to tackle in one instead of multiple different pills that most likely cannot be taken together?. Great quality, doesn't have an order taste. The dosage is a bit high for a beginner. It came well packaged and the size is okay to swallow.
