I've recently switched from D3 to D3 + K2, and this is the first time I've seen this kind of dark gelcap (I hope it is supposed to be dark lol). It feels more right than a tablet.
I’ve ordered this high quality D formula. Critical for my osteoporosis and I love the K2 addition to the ingredients. Easy to swallow even though big capsule I take 2 daily bc i am taking a calcium complex which also has D. I’m meant to get at least 3000 daily
Hope this would benefit for childs immunity , because of thr sun deficiency. Natural problems of Vitamin D absorption. Dosage is easy to control and size is optimal. Nothing specific about the taste.
I really don't know if vitamin D capsules (in this case softgels) are effective, but since I have a huge deficiency of this vitamin, I decided to try getting vitamin D supplements. I chose these - from lichen and with vitamin K2. I also take magnesium supplements for better absorption. I feel a slight improvement, but I try to get vitamin D in different ways. The price is very good. I also bought another option - in capsules.

it's hard to find vitamin D with K in softgel I do prefer this dose for my daily supplements, i find softgel is better effect and absorb
