These lozenges are easy to eat for a kid and for an adult, the taste is pleasant. Now we take them only a week, so about the total effect I can’t say anything, but after taking them all I’ ll give my feedback
my go to for when a cold is coming on, I take a lozenge every two hours and can usually be the cold within 6 to 12 hours
I bought this as I get a bit tired of taking pills and capsules, so a lozenge was a welcome option. However, the dose is low, my naturopath said to take a minimum of 50 mg a day and preferably the zinc picolinate form. Was a good buy, but dose too low.
These have a very nice fruit taste and are very pleasant, and 15 mg is a very good amount of zinc, and not a low dosage as some people have stated when it comes to Zinc. I sometimes have half a lozenge, as 15 mg can be a little too much. I use them for immune support, and alongside 1000 mg of vitamin C, vitamin d3 with k2 and astaxanthin, I've found my immunity is pretty good and take these as a preventative.
