By far the best supplement for when you start to feel a cold or flu coming on. If you catch it quickly at the first signs of getting something, and take two capsules every 4 hours, you can stop it in its track. I always keep a bottle on hand. Pricey but worth it.
You must take this at the earliest onset of a cough or cold. And follow the dosage closely. It helped to arrest the progress of the cough and cold further which means you will receive over very fast. At the same time it is also useful to take whatever other possible steps like liposomal C, good quality honey etc. The size of the capsules is manageable.
I have used this when I feel something coming on several times and it works! You take 2 up to 5 times per day and for me, by the 2nd day, I feel better. You do have to do it right away when you have an inkling something is coming on. It's pricey, but worth it!
