Organic Ashwagandha, 16 oz (454 g)

Withania somnifera (Ashwagandha), also known as Indian Ginseng, is a well-known adaptogen that helps with stress relief & energy levels. This powdered version by Amazing India is good quality & effective. Add it to smoothies, etc. as it dissolves reasonably well. It does have a strong flavour but not unpleasant and can be disguised by other ingredients. Can be taken any time of day but recommend for late afternoon to help with sleep. *** Please 'like' this review if U found it helpful ***

This product will last you quite a while. And for the price, its totally worth it. The only thing that concerns me a little bit is the lead warning.

My first time trying this brand and I love it. Love the consistency in texture and the quality and quantity. I add it to my smoothies and the taste isn’t overpowering.

I like the quality of this Ashwagandha. I have been taking a different native, high quality brand by mouth so that I know that by flavor and texture, any other brand that I may buy, is good quality or not. I testify. this brand is definitely good Ashwagandha!

The quality is good , light weight non strong smell , make me sleep better and the size of the bottle is good for a month

disolves easily, taste is acceptable. i just tried it once and really like it good quality, does not have strong smell.

This organic ashwagandha powder has a clean, earthy taste and mixes well into smoothies or warm drinks. I’ve noticed improved stress management and better sleep since using it regularly. The 16 oz bag is generous and lasts a long time, offering great value for the quality.

I hate to leave bad reviews. most times I will not. I just leave positive reviews on items I think others will enjoy. However this ashwaganda is horrible. Its the absolute worst product I think I've ever received. Its has SO much of the "bark" in it, that it WILL choke you if you do not let it sit for a few minutes in liquid and stir it VERY WELL. Good ashwaganda should be light and fluffy and should resolve easily. I sure wish Frontier co op ashwaganda was still available. This product is a complete waste of money.

to be fair, the taste is horrible and the smell is alright. that being said, the benefits outweigh the negatives. a very large sized tube, lasts for months and is fairly priced. good quality of ingredients. fairly beneficial for stress managment and sleep quality. all in all, very worth it in my opinion if you can handle the taste.

I like adding powdered Ashwagandha to my daily supplement regimen.I found the best price I was able to find it to be from Iherb and am happy with this Amazing India brand.
