I take this combination year-round for indoor dust/mites/mildew allergies, and i bump up the dose during certain times of year: spring hayfever and especially late summer/fall ragweed season. I take 2 capsules/day normally, and 3/day during the seasonal allergy times. The capusles are average size and easy to swallow.
