The effect is relaxed with one capsule but there is no energetic effect of salidroside like wee feel in 3:1 ratio. It’s hard to find good quality Siberian 3:1 Rhodiola which will give both effect. Read Rhodiola Revolution book for more insights.
The dose is quite high but if you open up the capsule and divide it into smaller does and mix it into water daily, one capsule can last 3 to 4 days. Take it slowly, titrate up and see how you feel. It's great for balancing elevated cortisol levels, so when you are extra stressed, take some straightaway. A good product.
