Im 31 and have been on HRT for 6 years m2f and this product is amazing. it helps my hot flashes, mood swings, energy levels, everything feels so much better when I'm consistently taking it. it last about a month, it smells nice, tastes great and I will be devastated if they ever stop making it!

No matter how much or how little product I use the bottom always has these black specs that look like dirt / sand , taste fine tho

Tastes like preworkout or any other powdered supplement like that, no bad aftertaste or anything but it got cumbersome to drink every day and I wished I bought a pill supplement instead. I think it works but I had to stop taking because I’m pregnant, lol

Used this as a pre workout and did notice an increase in my energy. However I cannot get past the taste, it is too sweet for me.

This product is of great quality! It’s my first time I buy it and I was looking for a hormone balancing supplement. This one is great- it has all ingredients I would normally take in different supplements- vitamins and minerals, DIM, myosin-inositol, and so on. Good size, good dosage - It is easy to take it in the morning. The taste is good, but too sweet for me so I take two glasses of water for a spoon. My mood, energy level and overall health start improving significantly. I start loosing weight!!! So, plenty of benefits for women. It’s just great! I will buy it again!
