Very good product: there are no bad added ingredients, the capsules are completely vegetable with no stearate magnesium or other ugly components. It’s not easy to find pure DIM capsules without these adds which are not good for your health! This is the only product I could find like this. I’m very satisfied!
After a month, my restless sleep with frequent awakenings has consolidated into deeper sleep. The quality is fantastic, and I wake up refreshed. Tablets are small and swallow easily with any drink. No side effects like next-day drowsiness. I appreciate the transparent labeling with no GABA or melatonin. Packaging was protective, and iHerb shipping was fast. Highly recommend for sleep maintenance insomnia. I'll be back.
Ordered on Jan 3 and received it here in the Philippines by Jan 7—impressively fast! The bottle is well-sealed and has a long shelf life (Exp: 09/2027). While it arrived in an iHerb box, I was disappointed with the protection; it only had thin air cushions with barely any air, rather than bubble wrap. Luckily, the item is safe, but I hope they improve the padding for future orders. Haven't tried the supplements yet. Quality, Ingredient Size Dosage Benefit taste
