I’ve been adding this to my post-workout shakes, and it mixes easily without changing the taste. It’s an easy way to get in some carbs after training, and I’ve had no stomach issues with it. Overall, it does the job well.
No bloat, drink it after a workout with some aminos and the pumps are just insane! Not super sweet like regular sugar, no gas like maltodextrin. NutraBio makes awesome quality products very much worth the money.

Recovery is up the roof, I take it intra workout and keep consuming it throughout. I got the unflavored version, which is OK (pure) but it’s not sweet at all without flavors. Just keep that in mind.
