My Natural Health Newsletter, for which I have utmost respect, put together an energy boost product. Unfortunately, they do not ship to Thailand, where I live, so I decided to reverse-engineer that product and order the components from iHerb. D-Ribose is one of the three components, designed to trigger mitochondria to produce more ATP, the energy source that feeds the entire body. Acetyl-L-Carnitine is the second of the three components, to trigger "fat burning:". The third component consists of phytochemicals, which I get from a number of other iHerb supplements I take. We shall see how this works out. Hopefully the combination will boost my energy. I am 72 years old. Hopefully good quality, good value.

I had never tried D-Ribose before. I recently heard a podcast of Ben Greenfield who is a big fan of D-Ribose and so I immediately bought the product. Having done research after purchase I can see D-Ribose has been used to help people with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome and I can see why. I feel mentally clearer and more capable of carrying out my tasks after I take this stuff

happy with the product, taste is almost none but I only mix with water so that i can full absorb properly. Just one spoon is enough for me before workout. Fantastic quality and i reckon this one has good ingredient and quality product. Will buy again. Thanks.

The consistency seems a bit finer than some other brands but it seems comparable in other ways. The price per gram is good so my preliminary verdict is thumbs up 👍
