NAC, 600 mg, 90 Veggie Capsules

I don't drink alcohol very much anymore, but when I do I now take one capsule of NutraBio NAC to offset some of the toxic effects like increasing estrogen and affecting my gut health. This brand has no fillers, the capsules are not too large, and is reasonably priced.

I have used Nac earlier for anxiety issues as it is said it helps against excessive glutamate and stabilize Dopamine. Currently i use it to help with my Sibo/Imo where it should be effective in breaking down biofilm so antimicrobials/antibiotics can better reach those. I have choosen this product as it has a good price and good quality. It does not contain any fillers or unecessary other stuff so very happy. Tough i have to say currently as i have a lot of issues with stomache and intestine, it can cause stomache upset if not taken with food. But thats the same for all Nac products i have been using. Maybe a enteric coated version could help wih that, but i havent seen one so far.

I don't know whether this supplement is doing anything for me, but I have no complaints about the product: it contains no additives, fillers, or excipients and is certified kosher. The smell is off-putting, but I understand that that's standard for NAC. I started taking NAC because it was a major ingredient in an antioxidant formula I used to take that has been discontinued.

Quality and ingredients are ok. The size is ok as well.
