I started using NutraBio Mg Magnesium because I needed something to help with my muscle cramps after workouts, and I have to say, it’s been working really well. The mix of Magnesium Bisglycinate Chelate and Magnesium Malate makes a big difference—it’s not just good for easing cramps, but it also helps me relax and sleep better at night. The 120 capsules are a great size, so I don’t feel like I’m constantly having to reorder. This is the only supplement I found that did not provide us with results. We have used magnesium glycinate for many years however taking two capsules of this really did nothing so we had to take four per day to gain some benefit. I will purchase a different brand for myself next time. This one was inferior. In fact we have used a magnesium glycinate from costco, and that worked far better. Look for a different brand on iherb.

This is my favorite form of magnesium. It has a couple different forms in this one capsule. It’s a great quality & the ingredients are very freeware, & no added junk. I like that I only need 2 capsules a day for my health. It’s my go-to, & I reorder it monthly.

I’ve been using this magnesium complex and really like it. It helps with muscle recovery and relaxation, especially after workouts, and I’ve noticed better sleep as well. Easy to take and gentle on the stomach.

This magnesium seems to work better than any other brands imo. I really like the accurate description of the ingredients and the contents of elemental magnesium on the label more than anything else.

I tried this product because I was looking for dose, type of Magnesium and good price. I can't say I'm wild over more capsules. I guess I'd rather have a tablet. HOWEVER, I have started just opening these and mixing them in a bit of liquid in the evening before I head upstairs for bed. So if that's an option for you the capsules are actually better. I take them to benefit muscle relaxation and sleep. I would buy them again. Best variety of magnesium n adequate dose for therapeutic affect.
