I bought these because there is no added sugar! That was my main priority! An added benefit is the extra iron, which is great for growing kids. I gave this to my kids every morning but unfortunately they prefer the gummy type of vitamins. These will get stale if you leave them out so make sure to consume them regularly so they don't get too old and keep them in the package!

it's fine. my daughter love them. my son doesn't. but after 2 months the tablet become soft. taste is nice (when they are crunchy) i like the vitamines that are inside the tablets great when more than 1 child uses them. Or if you like sloppy soft tablets 😅 (the silica bag is still in the bottle)
