I used to take Chlorophyll in the past, but the dosage was really high and it made me sick. when I found this one, I liked that it's only 20mg and I wanted to give it a try. I've added it to my supplement regimen and I'm enjoying it so far! I skip every other day and that helps me too. Chlorophyll has always been called the natural deodorant and I think this dosage is perfect for daily maintenance. It also helps with regulation (for me).
100 tablets, big package, ingredients are perfect for me, good for diet
If you take two at once, sometimes they have a bit of that green flavor, but I feel like these work well, it’s a low dosage, but not bad for the price
