Ultra D-3, 250 mcg (10,000 IU), 120 Tablets

Tablets are very small size and easy to swallow, and the formula is simple. However, I didn’t notice any positive effects on bone and immunity while using this product. About the quantity: I did not count the tablets, so I can’t make a definitive claim about the exact number. But I want to describe what I saw: the bottle is not big (it’s narrow and tall), and the tablets were only at the bottom, taking up roughly 1/4 to 1/5 of the bottle’s volume. Based on that visual impression, it looked like much fewer than 120 tablets. Because I didn’t feel any benefit and the bottle looked unexpectedly low, I’m giving 3 stars and I probably won’t repurchase.

The quality isn't good; I didn't benefit from it at all. It is not beneficial for bones and is not absorbed by the body.

10 thousand iu vitamin d for the win! always great effect actually i didnt get sick for year after taking 1 to 3 of these a day depending on my sun exposure for the day. i hope for brands start selling 10,000 iu vitamin d tablets or softgels. remember vitamin d is a hormone. its good for way more than just bone.

I’m looking for the melting ones they had before. I noticed these are not as effective energy wise.
