CoQ10, 300 mg, 150 Softgels

I am 82 years old. This product has made a tremendous difference in the way I feel and the results of my recent echo chamber exam prove it. Even the doctor was aghast. I believe my progress is due to this product as it has been the only change in my diet. Similar products from the pharmacy (far lower dosage)did not seem to make a difference.

I had severe muscle pain in my legs. Was seen by a Neurologist MD. He told me to take 300MGS each day. I'm going on 90+ days from starting the CoQ-10 and now without the muscle pain. I will continue to use COQ-10 as it has proven to be most helpful. After checking with other internet suppliers of this item, I determined IHerb was offering the best product and price. I've been using this high quality product for several years, both before and after my successful ablation for atrial fibrillation. I find it helps improve my energy levels and I like the fact that it has no GM content. The 300mg strength is great because I only need to take one capsule per day with breakfast instead of 3. (You get better absorption if you take all the CoQ10 at once, unlike most other supplements where the dose is divided through out the day.) I recommend this product for anyone who has low energy levels, hypertension, compromised immune function or heart disease.

I use this for a weak heart, heart pain, & heart rhythm problems. 2 per day - morning & evening. It has definately helped. If you have tried CoQ10 before & not been impressed, you probably were on too low a dose. I finally read somewhere that it is supposed to be AT LEAST 1 mg per pound of body weight. I upped my dose dramatically (I actually take about 3 mg per pound) & it worked !

One of the best supplements along with omega3 you will ever take. Healthy origins is the best i have used this is very strong and may not be necessary at this strenth for healthier young folks,50 or 100mg i found enough as serum levels build up in your body. PS helps hair growth

Just started using this product as a replacement for my second daily dose of Ubiquinol in the PM. So far, I used ubiquinol (the reduced form of CoQ10) both in the AM and the PM. Having read research indicating that both Ubiquinol and Ubiquinon/CoQ10 are necessary for optimal cardiac functioning, cell respiration, and combatting fatigue, I figured it would be best to combine the two. I fully expect that CoQ10 will work as well as its reduced form ubiquinol did.

Not sure if this improved my health in any way. I usually go for Jarrow's formula, but wanted to save a couple bucks with Healthy Origins. I'm really, really turned off by the overly bright orange color. It feels like I'm consuming something radioactive.

CoQ10 have certainly benefitted me, in as much as the pain is almost none existant. However, despite the great product and excellent service, there is no longer a benefit in buying from you, as UK charge 17.5% Vat on import and this is going to be increased to at least 20%

I take this supplement for my health and my heart. Since I do, I feel so much better and so does my heart. The product is one I can't do without. It is always fresh as all your products are and I appreciate being able to get these on line at a reduced cost. They come quickly so I don't have to panic when I forget to order. Thank you iherb ... This is a very good price for a well recognized quality product. I've been taking Q10 for about 5 years. I now take 600 mg/day--which is a lot. I get increased energy--mental alertness and just feel better in general. All the hooplah about CoQ10 is not just hype. This stuff will really put lead in your pencil!
